Quick Access to Sales Support
Within the Lares Partner Central, Lares has made its online chat available for questions. Partners can get instant access to their account manager for any questions.
All Lares sales collateral has been white-labeled for partner use. The documents can quickly and easily be modified using popular tools such as Canva or Adobe Express and branded for the partner’s business.
Lares Sales Training
Lares is launching a series of webinars to educate its partners on how to sell our various services, find customers, and successfully qualify them. Training will include:
- How to position and sell Lares security services,
- Recorded presentations on each service Lares provides, and
- Sales battle cards, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and qualification criteria guidance.
The Lares Sales Certification Program
To help differentiate sales staff and the partner in the market, Lares will launch its Sales Certification Program in 1H2023 to reward partners for completing Lares’ online sales training modules. Upon completion, each registered individual will receive the following:
- A certificate of completion,
- An official module-specific Lares badge identifying individuals that have completed the training, and
- Access to an online community of other certified Lares partners to share information.
Lares account managers value the relationships with their partners and want to address any questions or concerns immediately. To that end, each dedicated account manager will:
- Hold quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to discuss wins, losses, and opportunities for improvement,
- Solicit feedback from partners on engagement completion, and
- Keep partners updated on new developments or changes in services, deliverables, and Lares’ momentum.
Support Joint Marketing Efforts
Lares can provide collateral through blog posts, contributed articles, white papers, and other sales collateral to help our partners execute a successful marketing campaign.
Partners will also have access to Lares’ marketing department should they have questions about running a successful marketing campaign and engagement methods that won’t leave a bad taste in their prospects’ mouths.
Conference and Event Support
Looking to present at a trade show or other event and need some assistance? Lares is open to hearing about sharing a booth with a partner at a targeted event, providing onsite sales support, and even providing an expert speaker to help drive traffic back to our partner’s booth.
